I find water, rocks and cactus to be very natural abstract forms. Water is always intriguing, changing form and affecting everything it touches. Rocks are just amazing in the diversity of shape, size, color and texture that they come in. And cactus are just mystifying. What a strange world we live in; it’s all abstract to me.

I’m always amused by those who snort “I don’t get where modern/abstract art comes from”. A child sees – when did the skill become blocked in adults? As you show, the roots of it are everywhere
